Logistics Coordinator

Noreen Hassan is a rising third-year pre-medical student at Northwestern University pursuing dual degrees in Psychology and Art History. Her research spans neuroscience, ethics, psychiatry, and public health, including work at Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine investigating immune responses in brain injury, and co-authoring chapters on addiction and neurodegeneration. She is passionate about health equity, working as a medical scribe and shadowing physicians. She stays actively involved in extracurriculars at Northwestern, including serving as a peer mentor for STEM courses to support fellow students. As she explores different fields of medicine, one consistent thread across all her interests is a deep commitment to serving historically marginalized communities and ensuring compassionate, accessible care for all. In her free time, she enjoys discovering new coffee shops and exploring the city of Chicago.
