Panelist Recruiter

Muskaan Abdul-Sattar is a first-year medical student at the California University of Science and Medicine in the Inland Empire, California. She graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Human Biology and Society with highest departmental honors. Prior to medical school, she worked as a strategy analyst at Deloitte, where she focused on strategy consulting, supporting large health systems and organizations in implementing technology-driven solutions.

In addition to her consulting work, Muskaan had 3 years of clinical and research experience as a medical assistant and clinical research coordinator in a facial plastics practice. 

Muskaan is especially passionate about advancing equity in dermatology, particularly within skin of color communities, and is interested in improving representation, diagnostic accuracy, and access to care. As a Panelist Recruiter for the Skin of Color Community, she is dedicated to bringing together diverse voices and experts to foster meaningful dialogue and education in dermatology.

In her free time, Muskaan enjoys staying active through Pilates classes, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
