Kadambari Ayithi is a dual degree medical student and masters of public health student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine with an interest in dermatology and public health.  Her work focuses on addressing health disparities through community based outreach, research, and patient education. She is particularly interested in improving access to dermatologic care for underserved populations and advancing health literacy to promote preventive behaviors and early detection.

Kadambari is passionate about expanding dermatologic education in rural and resource limited settings to improve early detection of skin conditions, particularly among patients with skin of color. She recognizes that gaps in education, access, and representation contribute to delayed diagnoses and inequitable outcomes. Through her work, she aims to develop scalable, community based interventions that bridge these gaps locally and ultimately contribute to improving dermatologic care on a global level.

She aspires to become a dermatologist who integrates clinical care with research and advocacy, working to expand access, enhance education, and advance equity in dermatologic health worldwide.
