Jolina Bui is a second-year medical student at Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California. She was born and raised in San Diego and attended UC San Diego where she received a bachelor's degree in Human Biology. During her undergraduate studies, Jolina worked as a medical assistant at a dermatology clinic and contributed to research with the UCSD Department of Dermatology. She is particularly passionate about education and spreading awareness on the importance of sun safety, and volunteers with her medical school to promote healthy skin protection in the local community. In her free time, Jolina enjoys playing golf, learning new recipes, and playing board games with her friends and family.
